Within our organization we use other tools for data processing, such as our CRM or our newsletter provider. These are also listed here for informational purposes. However, data is collected only after a certain interaction, for example, when you agree on a demo or subscribe to the newsletter.

CapCorn

For processing online bookings, brochure orders, and inquiries, we process your personal data to provide you with the booked services using our service provider CapCorn Company Software GmbH (Flugplatzstraße 52/17, A-5700 Zell am See). We store and process master data, communication data, contract data, and payment data of our customers, interested parties, and other business partners. The processing is for the purpose of providing contract services or fulfilling pre-contractual services based on the legal bases of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (booking transactions, responding to quotation requests, and sending brochures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (legally required retention periods for bookings or invoices). The data fields marked as required are necessary for establishing and fulfilling the contract. We disclose your personal data to third parties (hotel partners or other tourist service providers) as part of these data processing operations based on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (if necessary for processing a booking transaction) or based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for the use of corresponding booking software. We have concluded an agreement with CapCorn Company Software GmbH pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR as a data processor, ensuring that your data is processed exclusively within the scope of our mandate. Server Log File

This website processes the following personal data in a server log file for monitoring technical functionality and increasing the operational security of the web server based on the overriding legitimate interest of the controller (technical security measures):

  • the browser type and version used (if transmitted by the user),
  • the operating system,
  • the date and time of the server request,
  • the number of visits,
  • the duration of the visit on the website,
  • the previously visited website (if transmitted by the user),
  • the IP address of the users is anonymized before being stored.

Only pseudonymized IP addresses of visitors to the website are stored. On the web server level, this is done by default, with the actual IP address of the visitor (e.g., 123.123.123.123) being replaced by an IP address like 123.123.123.XXX, where XXX is a random value between 1 and 254. A personal reference can no longer be established.

How long log files are stored:

  • Mail server log: retention period is 7 days
  • Apache log: 2 months
  • Backups: are kept for 14 days in encrypted form

Matomo
